Beautiful water view from terrace to see boats passing by and to enjoy sunset! We've recently renovated the kitchen floors, bedrooms, and hallways, and added a brand-new driveway with parking for up to 7 cars. The home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, with an additional inflatable mattress available if needed for up to 18 guests in total. This is the ideal place for groups of friends or families looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. Whether you're here for a special event or just a much-needed escape, this house offers an unforgettable experience.

Any evidence of smoking or smell of smoke inside the house will incur a minimum $200 fee per room. Take care of the furniture and appliances. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool and pool area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent beach house in Hollywood, Florida, and it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. The house is listed for six guests, but honestly, it is much bigger! We were a group of 16, and it was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and ideal for large groups. I imagine they list it for six to ensure maximum comfort, but trust me, this home is a dream for bigger gatherings. Its prime location, just a few minutes' walk from Hollywood Beach and the famous Hollywood Boardwalk, made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun. The private pool and stunning water views added to the charm, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. The host’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout the property. If you're looking for a spacious, and well-located home for a group getaway, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay at this stunning property in Hollywood Beach!
